Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, whisk the eggs and water. In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.


Dredge each chicken fillet in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off. Coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
